A local installer, not a call centre. We are based in Dagenham and run by people who turn up and fit your windows and doors themselves, not a national brand reselling someone else's labour.
Small enough to answer the phone ourselves
We started out fitting windows for neighbours around Dagenham, and the way we work has barely changed since. One team measures, quotes and installs, so there is always someone on the job who knows it by name.
We have kept the business small on purpose. It means quotes stay honest, any snags get sorted quickly, and the person you spoke to on the phone is usually the one who turns up to do the work.

We never hand your job to a subcontractor we have not met ourselves. Every fitter on site is part of our own team.

Aftercare that answers
If anything needs adjusting after we leave, you call the same number and speak to someone who can actually help.
